1. Services Provided

J&M Cleaning Team offers cleaning services, including residential and commercial cleaning, as specified during the booking process or agreed upon in writing with clients.

2. Booking & Payment

Clients can book services via our website or by phone. Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments must be made through our accepted methods (credit/debit card, online payment systems).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the area to be cleaned is accessible and safe for our team. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the cleaning area. You must notify us of any specific requirements or concerns before the service begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

J&M Cleaning Team will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including any damage to property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Florida.
